Those who can't be a conniving and manipulating C get banned usually.
I'm banned, i mean by main profile, ithehappy, yet I'm one of the best (read honest) seller. Now go figure. Fraudulent and Banned aren't same. Some were banned on unjust grounds.
Perhaps you can but you have to appeal so many times that it'll turn to begging instead.
