Bad experience with decathlon.

I have purchased kids cycle 2 years ago from decathlon. Brand new is btwin . During shifting home last month the handle bar of that cycle got damaged. Now I went to decathlon for service and replacement of the btwin handle bar . They simply said it’s not available. It’s a 2 year old cycle and already spares are unavailable. Never buying from garbage decathlon again .

The guy who takes care of the service there told me he sent many emails to the company regarding spares but spares were not available with the company. Regarding model no I will let you know by tomorrow.

It’s probably kids cycle 4-6 years 16 inch
