oh ok :) :_

plz post u r score on this thread :)

Here is the score

3DMark Score: 12461 3DMarks

SM 2.0 Score: 5151

SM 3.0 Score: 5853

CPU Score: 3251

The GPU was at Stock and OS was Windows 7 64-Bit. Processor E7300 was overclocked to 3.6Ghz. Our comparison was meant for just GPU and because CPU score is clearly labeled in 3D Mark 06, I left CPU overclocked.

Driver was Catalyst 9.11 and 3D Mark version was 1.10.

You are getting around 1,300 less. But I am sure your CPU must also be pulling in less numbers. May be 2GB RAM is limiting your system a bit and a couple of hundred here and there is alright when our systems are so different (Intel platform, AMD platform: none of them are good or bad. Just they are different.)

Run 3D Mark 06 with Catalyst 9.12 and post your score here in full. Disable any anti-virus before the run. it may help in comparing our scores better.

PS: Just thought that I should mention it. though I am sure that you must be already aware of it. Please run 3DMark 06 at default settings (resolution 1280X1024+all settings unchanged) and not on your native resolution

and there is also another one called "INTO THE PINK " i ran it and it gave me comparavble results to other 4850s and 9800gtx+ s

my processor is amd Phenom ii x2 550 BE ... in GRID i get 40 - 60 fps.. i should be gettin 65 + fps? at max playable

thats gud enuf....ur's is a dual core clocked at 3.1GHz, that's a core i7 clocked at 3.5GHz or so...

ur frames are more than good..just turn the AA down a notch and u shud be able to play at around 45-65 fps(from 4x to 2xAA, while u r racing, u'll barely notice ne difference in quality)

That should put you at ease. Crysis, if you are playing on Ultra or High, may have stutters at your native resolution. So that's nothing unusual.

Far Cry 2 should not have stutters. But if it's only one game, I think you ought to stop worrying and start loving your gaming sessions.

PS: Change your PSU. It may help. And if it doesn't it will at least make sure that the computer components get necessary juice in right amount and without any anomaly.

^^ I don't game often and apart from COD6 I don't have any games right now on my comp.

I am not too sure, it will serve the purpose. You are getting comparable 3D Mark points and more or less all your games are running fine. How smooth is gameplay can be very subjective. There are some people who would not even notice an occasional FPS drop while some need FRAPS to see that they are always getting more than 40FPS.

Again, I am yet to find out what the green line was representing in your OCCT charts. If its CPU load, I am still wondering why it was dropping to zero.

you are getting low fps due to your 2GB memory.

increase it to 3-4Gb and you will feel the difference.
