Bad time to sell my PS4 ?

Guys giving my ps4 to my friend , but I still have PS+ till may 2021. Does changing PSN id and email id affect PS+ games in my library ?

If you mean logging in with a different PS id on the same ps4, yes, games installed/bought with your id would be locked and inaccessible.
