Bangalore City Junction station to Airport Road.. how, and how much?

Hi. Will be coming to Bangalore tomorrow morning from Chennai. How should I go to Airport Road? I was told there are prepaid autos here? How much should I expect to pay?

Sorry for the n00bness, but it's been 6 years since I've come to BLR..
 
It's been a while since I traveled by a rick or taxi but a prepaid rick shouldn't cost you more than 100 bucks. If it's more, the entire prepaid charges itself must be rigged :P
 
Arrey Techhead if you were in Chennai i'd have dragged to to Ritchie street to pick some good media!!! ^:)^
