Finally, it is a time for an update,
S*** Happens :
I order a soundbar from Banggood
which is listed here as I found many positive reviews all over the internet. This Soundbar is also sold in the EU market under the different brand name... watched speaker torcher test and ultimately found as most VFM one in terms of the speaker configuration. So placed an order via 'India Direct Mail'.
But the product arrived in very Bad Condition - Because of the original box packing from the manufacturer is nothing much to protect shock/smash and it is completely under qualify to travel such a long distance - there is no Thermocol Protection at all...So when it arrived it develop heavy crack off the left side portion - Left Side speaker grill freely roaming inside box and one left side speaker completely come off by losing its screw. Due to this Remote Control is not working out-of-the Box..But surprisingly the soundbar working perfectly fine - Zero issue (Please find the Attached Picture below) - I Blame to Manufacturer Original Box Packing here.
Solution:-
Within 3 days (I was very busy at that time) of receiving the goods, I finally lodged a complaint at Banggood Customer Care service (I choose Email Route) which required 2-3 clear photos and a clear VIDEO (which is must to get any claim from these Chinese websites) - The very next day I got reply by an apology and they are asking of picture of shipping label (which is washed off in my case) and the SKU number (Thankfully it was there), Upload all of them along with some addtional Chineese shipping label around the box and a picture of the out-of-shape Original Product Box...Again next day receive another apology email and they decide 100% Money Back to my Original Payment Mode - If I agree, I need to send the confirmation email.
That is all - BG initiate refund 31/5 and it reflects at PayPal 05/06 and Received at SBI A/C at 11/06
