Could you elaborate on their customer care quality?
I was a frequent user of AliExpress before the ban. Their buyer protection policies (at least in India) was a joke. Customs seizures, defective items, and no-show deliveries were quite common.
I've always assumed Banggood was of the same ilk, so I've generally avoided them.

Only flaw now is shipping charges.
Customer care is amazing. But they don't know technical side of products.
No reason return available.

I once chose return for refund for one of the product. And it they gave all money excluding shipping charges and deducting coupons or discounts. If ask for shipping charges they give you BGPoints.
Product was ₹667 and i got approximately ₹578.
You Keep the product.

Amazon is only best for their return policies. But they also deduct discount from purchased amount.
I tried chatting with customer care, giving Discount coupon which lost due to return, but no help. Either give full refund amount or give back discount coupon. But no help.
