Basic phone non-touchscreen non-qwerty with Whatsapp

I've googled, but am unable to find a proper link.

What is the cheapest non-touchscreen, non-qwerty keypad phone with Whatsapp?

But i am confused. The whatsapp site says 206 Single Sim (which is not available almost anywhere), and when i see a snapdeal review of the 206 Dual-Sim

The reviews say that whatsapp is preinstalled. I guess I should inquire at a shop first??

You can install it also, I have the single SIM and had installed it via the nokia app store.
Although using whatsapp was a real pain after getting used to the touchscreen phones.

@Vince I too noticed the same. Some FK reviews mentioned that Whatsapp came preinstalled. It is better if you can confirm it from an offline store.

@Sanav: Well don't think whatsapp will be used much on it.. just want it as a backup.

That even the dual sim now supports Whatsapp, so i ordered the nokia 206 off paytm with their 40% cashback offer.
