Flipkart is offering a metallic batarang and deathstroke dlc with pre-order...
Any idea how would the batarang be...I mean with/without a base/stand?

Has anyone pre-ordered this? I am toggling between flipkart and pepperfry. Batrang from flipkart or razer mouse from pepperfry? It will be awesome if i win razer mouse but need some luck.

I don't know about you guys but it looks way too similar to the previous game. I am aware that Assassin's Creed does the same but it atleast gives us a new setting everytime.

I had pre ordered from Game4U and received a mail from them saying that they will provide a tshirt as well along with it :)

Anyway the reviews don't look like the batman game that we all were waiting for, at least not me.

Yeah the reviews have been neutral at best. No new major revamps from Arkham City I am guessing. Just a new storyline and maybe some new gadgets. Time will tell. Got to complete Beyond: Two Souls. BF4 would be out by then!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm having a blast with this game, which is sort of unexpected. I wasn't too keen on any other studio, other than Rocksteady, touching this franchise. Fortunately, Warner Brother Montreal have retained everything good about Arkham City and added a few perks of their own. I am half-way through the main campaign, but the amount of side-activities is enormous. The "wanted" tasks are something I'm currently enjoying. It consists of certain listed criminals and vigilantes, whose tasks need to be completed, before finally facing off with them and having them arrested. I have struck off Mad Hatter, Anarky & Penguins cases. Enigma has the maximum amount of tasks, so it won't be easy.

This is pretty much Arkham City V1.5, which isn't bad at all. I'm largely impressed with the visual quality and the performance. I missed playing Arkham City on the PC, so this is a good change from the sub-30fps console offering. Love the OST as well, it has the same grand scale with that of it's predecessor and the movies. Since we now have 2 different voice actors for Batman & The Joker (Roger "Ezio" Smith & Troy "so many games" Baker), I have a mixed reaction. Roger Craig Smith does a fabulous job as Batman, very close to Conroy's voice. He does sound agressive at times, but otherwise, he nails the voice. Baker's voice as Joker is a bit off, at least what I've heard so far in the game. For me, Hamill will always be the ultimate voice for Joker, hell, he is The Joker.

Might I dare say, I like this much more than I liked Arkham City. I love the variety of boss battles in this game and each of them have a different pattern. Deathstroke's boss fight was quite innovative. It's a shame we still don't get to ride any vehicles (the cut-scene doesn't count). I encountered one bug during my play-through, but a lot of people have been complaining of a host of other issues. Patch is possibly incoming. This game has tactfully blended elements of both Arkham City & Asylum. Like the haunting scare-crow mission from Asylum can be found in the form of Mad Hatters mission. Bruce's childhood halluicnation which was seen in Arkham Asylum, can also been found here. So Bat fans, this is certainly worth a try. Don't go by the reviews.

Played it for good 2 hours but felt that it was getting dragged a bit. Somewhat the Arkham Asylum feel is missing. I'll eventually end it up but don't feel so glued to it, the way I used to feel for Arkhm Asylum (and to some extent for the arkham city).

One thing seems very clear that if you did not like Arkham City, then you most certainly won't enjoy this.

I had this preordered for PC from game4u, the release date was 25 Oct for all platforms but i still don't have it. Am i missing something ?

for ps3 and xbox games always comes first and then release for PC , just a marketing strategy of the companies to force users to buy consoles.

Yes because no one wants to make a game that everyone wants to play but no one wants to buy.
Companies always get better sales from consoles because piracy is a bigger issue for pc games.

Origin gameplay was same as previous series so nothing new and some of boss fighting was good and story kinda ok but i pretty enjoyed it only disappointing with map pointer sensitivity and some very irritating bugs :arghh:

This game is really good for batman fans and arkham city lovers. However it has got many bugs and other issues which kind of spoils the fun.
