Storage Solutions Benq 1640 and qsuite blues!!

Hi guys i just tried to open qsuite today and it says.
"Sorry,qsuite is exclusively for benq drives only"
After that a window opened where my sony writer was selected in the drop down box,when i selected benq 1640,qsuite application closed automatically.

I thought there must be a problem in my firmware(BSKB).
So i downloaded bslb and when i opened it initially a window opened with all the precautions about flashing ie.Please dont turn off the power while flashing and blah blah.
After i pressed ok,it says bslb.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.Sorry for the inconvenience".

I even tried to reflash with bskb.exe,but same error message appears??

If you dont let the firmware flash completely these type of problems will pop up - firstly flash only in windows safe mode so there is nothing running that may cause a bad flash and when the light stops blinking after the flash if you give it a few seconds it does a final blink - I had a few problems in the begining because I was not waiting for THAT final blink.
