News Headsup! Amazon has added POD/COD on many many expensive items

i have scrolling through amazon for weeks if not couple of months looking GPUs,
suddenly since couple days i am seeing POD/COD on items which didnt have before. idk if it limited to only for this sale.
i did ask to customer service guy he said they did for customers (but considering how often the amazon associates are accurate i will say they are either testing it or its limited to this sale at least)
E.g.
Gpu worth above 25k-30k+rs majority never had cod/pod but now even amazon associated sellers like clicktek retail are offering POD/COD for cpu , cards and electronics for above 100,000rs

Sales must have gone down or something, I am seeing 10 days returnable on many products that were earlier only replaceable.

Today I have placed an order in Amazon worth Rs,295 and found that they have charged COD charge (nominal fee of Rs.7 ) even for prime delivery. Looks like they have added COD for more products and introduing COD charges as well.

Cod option is always greyed out for me. No matter the price or location.

I even have a prime shopping account lol.

Yes, even I have seen this 7 bucks extra being added to any order I place on COD for the last month or so (I do have Prime membership).
