I checked their website. Its a 3 yr replacement warranty. However they have defined some checks.
Does this means at least 10 pixels for 20" should be bad, only then it is eligible for service?

Also Nothing for 22". Can you check the service manual and find out whats for 22"?

Ok guys here is the update. I had a word with some BenQ person. He told that BENQ has a dead pixel limitation policy.

1. If there is a dead pixel in a radius of 1/3 of total length from the center then they will replace it

2. for the rest there is a limit .. for 20" and above its 5 bright + 5 dark < 10
