1. Which is the best 3g provider in Mumbai?

Should be value for money, not expensive

will be using it on my laptop with a usb stick,

2. Which usb stick would be the best vfm?

Best 3G in terms of service, signal and connectivity - Reliance GSM. (Not exactly cheap, but top class network with great speeds)

Best 3G in terms of value for money - MTNL. (Not the best network around, but its cheap so no arguments there)

Best 3G stick - Huawei UMG1831. (I think there is a deal going on in the TE market, search for it)

Best 3G VFM stick - Huawei E122 (not available anymore).
