Err for 15k, You might just get a samsung G600 5 mp Camera phone...

But If he wants a sony, Then K790i is the best...

I will advice against K850i, It is very fiddly to use, and the glossy back Cover picks up scratches, looks like sh** in 1 month

I agree with greenhorn. I know your friend allready bought the phone but....Better to get a slim camera like the IXUS and a normal phone.

I said buy a good slim camera AND the cameraphone. Nothin' like it.

like d_payne said-buy a gud cam phone and a gud digicam; both have their pluses but a camphone can never achieve a standalone digicams results; so if one doent have a digicam..it makes sense to buy a digicam first!!!!nowadays almost every crappy cellphone has a cam!!!:rofl: , if people thought digicams were were replaceable by them, we'd have sore eyes looking at pictures fit to be seen only on the phone screen!!!:bleh: ....dont u guys think that memories and images tht matter a lifetime need to be of gr8 quality???:huh: how does a camphone justify tht?????:S
@all-just my view dude-people definitely buy a camphone-everyone does....point is do we want to shoot images like everyone????

nice choice .. just read someone recommending k850i ..:rofl: even esato people curse it ..forget it ..for a 5mp cam simply get n82 .. awesome device :hap2:

also thing is that we dont carry standalone cam with us all the time ..whereas camera phones are always with us .. i got a 6mp nikon and used k750i >k790i>n73me to n82 now ...and clicked more photos with these phones than the nikon camera.. also compared my n82 with friends canon a460 , n82 is not far behind though canon gives u better results ..
