Best camera phone around 5000 rupees

Dear all,
I need to buy a new phone. The main use of this phone would be the camera. This would be for my mother who maintains a blog and would like to upload her photos to it.
I was initially inclined towards the Nokia X2 but I have received poor reviews of the camera on it.:no:

Kindly suggest me a good phone

The Elm is wayyy out of my budget at the moment.

Will settle for x2 at the moment and possibly upgrade in some months to an android :-)

Nokia X2 is the only phone under 5000 Rs. which has a 5 mega pixel camera. That is simply awesome as I could not find even a 3 mega pixel camera phone below 5000.

Personal opinion: I, and a couple of friends have all independently experimented with photoblogging. Here is the summary of our experiences: If you are serious about it consider investing 5k in a basic camera. These days you can get pretty neat point-and-shoot cams for 5k which are better than the most expensive camera phone in image quality and flexibility. Get a basic phone on top of that. cheap cam phones are simply not worth it if you're serious about taking photos.

Bought the X2 for 4350 (Delhi)

@MHG I would have gone for your suggestion. However, this is for my mother who would most definitely like a 'camera phone' :-)

Pictures clarity is good. However, like MHG said, it cannot be compared to a digicam.

Indoor pictures are grainy while bright outdoors can cause white bleed.
