best cell phone prices in Delhi??

hi, can somebody pls suggest shops to buy nokia cellphone with the best prices in delhi.i dont want to buy from gaffar market,got cheated once.
i am mostly interested in ngage qd+mmc card.

also pls suggest if there r any reliable second hand cellphone shops in delhi. then maybe i can think of better models.

is buying from ebay safe?? i visited their forum and all i cud see was compliants abt getting cheated..:huh:
 
Um, try to stay away from ebay...Ebay prices arent really cheaper than store prices. If you look around, you can find ebay prices and even lower prices in the more popular stores...like alfa in mumbai.
