CPU/Mobo Best Combo for 16k

I have 16k in my hand..
I need best combo of Motherboard + Processor + SMPS..

You can post AMD and Intel Combo.. also tell which will be better.. I am going to OCing it.

Note - SMPS should considered for 8800GT.

POV Black Diamond 500W - Rs 2700-

Total - Rs 16300

I think this is the best system possible. What do u say guys ?

^^ You must be kiddin me .. That combo is killer performer considering 8800 GT :| No point in asking AMD if Phoenix can get you that What tha combo can do is gr8 performance , awesome OC , gr8 stability and will keep your system alive atleast for a year and a half

hmm.. it is over budget.. i will chose Intel E6550.. it will be OK
