Both free version of Super anti spyware & Spybot are not available for real time detection

Only Spyware Doctor (Through Google installer ) & IS 360 are available free for real time use

You should install one of these also along with the other recommendations surely to prevent infections in the 1st place IMO IS360 is better then Spyware Doctor.
