Thats the xact reason why I was saying to go for the MSI mate. Gamers buying full HD and if he is not able to play games in FullHD then it is a waste of money!! On that budget I just see the MSI bit better. As for build quality I still don't think MSI is bad infact after ASUS premium lappies I will perfer MSI as both of the company uses same stress tests on the lappies.

yah thunder i dont know i cant pay 50k and deal with No Full HD tbh

i rather spend more and get full HD coz i wont be changing my lappy anytime soon

also guys whats the basic difference btw GX 660 And GX 660R ?
 
On the graphics card note ,the graphcs card for a lappy will and never match the performance of itss corresponding model for desktops right??

Like 9800M can never match 9800.

Yes that is very true as because there are loads of limitations in laptops, Power, heat, speeds etc

HD5870M is almost equivalent to Discrete: GTX 260, GTX 275, GTX 280, GTX 460 768 MB which is good enough!!

Well you have to sacrifice some thing on laptops man!!
 
i think dragon 5870 is pretty good for a gpu even in mobile and also i have my main rig so not that much worried

i just want a laptop for gaming games like spiderman or nba when iam out of town and cant access my main PC

Not really, it's weaker. HD5870M is weaker than a desktop HD5770(lower clock).
 
i think its very important to compare apples to apples

u cannot compare a Mobile GPU to Desktop GPU coz desk is a very different thing

for me the best highlights of this laptop is 8gb blu ray and full HD + a pretty rock solid gaming laptop
