Car & Bike Best gearless scooter under 45k?

I wanted to know what would be the best choice for a gearless scooter under 45k. Im considering Suzuki Access (for better engine,mileage,ride comfort, stability etc.) if anyone owns one here I would like to know their experience with it. I was going to go with Aviator/Activa but then I cam to know of access with the better engine and all. This also helped a bit:

Active is really Good. I have had used for few months (not mine, friends') and it was really powerful too. I suppose it has 100cc engine, not sure though.
Its just that i don't find its kick thing comfortable.

The new one has a 110 cc engine.

It certainly is the most powerful of the lot and handles pretty well.
Although, the conservative styling doesn't do it justice.
 
Styling is also not bad (Suzuki access)..itz just that its not very good either. But i could leave that aside for a better engine
