Best Headphones around 5k

Hello guys !
I am looking for good pair of headphones around Rs 5000.
I want good bass and ofcourse clarity. Bass should not be overwhelming like sony xb series. I can't compromise on sound quality. So bass should be there but not too much.

I narrowed my search and found 2 main contenders :
1. Sennheiser HD 439 ( Currently I have Sennheiser HD 202 .. I am satisfied with them considering the price range)
2. Audio Technica ATH-T500 (never used any Audio Technica product before so can't say anything)

Initially I made up my mind for the Sennheisers, but I found that AT have larger drivers and more audio spectrum .

So basically I am confused .

Please suggest !
You can also suggest any other product in the range of Rs 5000

Audio-Technica ATH-M35.Punchy bass but definitely not over-powering and good clarity.But a piece of advice:if possible do listen to what your goind to buy because sound is a subjective thing.

Sennheiser 400 series have flat sound signature & not similar to HD202 lineup. 202 has a more bassy signature.
