Best Lappy for 45k. Also how is MSI FX400?

Hi guys,
I was searching for a laptop around 45K and found the MSI FX400
I called MSI Dealer(i.e. Zebronics in Hyderabad) and they quoted it at 44K for i5+4GB+500GB+1gb GT325M
SO is it any good?

My usage:
1)Movies and Music
2)Downloads and surfing via Wifi
3)Programming(VS 2010)
4)Gaming(Ya i am planning to play sports and racing.)
5)Learning Maya so it should be able to handle it also

Open to other options...
I am a Computer science student and use the laptop a lot so i want a laptop with good Keyboard.
Battery life of 2-3Hrs is Ok...
Display-14" to 16"(Nothing more or less)
Weight- Doesn't Matter

The specs are ok but you must have a look at other options too as you plan to game on you laptop and that GT325m is quite weak,have a look at its performance:

You can go for the asus k42ja with i5-460+2gb ram+640gb hdd+2gb Ati 5730 at 44k, you can add more ram later.

If you are looking for excellent after sales support then you dont have any other option than Dell.

Also have a look at the vaio EA series but vaio laptops demand premium over other brands but you do get good looks and build:

I can keep upto 45K max. or abit more upto 46K
