I want to buy the best MOTHERBOARD for my computer.

Waste of money.

What about the purpose of the system? Going to overclock? Any specific needs like number of sata ports, usb port, pci slots, etc? Out of curiosity, why buy a tx3?

i7 phew , yaar dont mine , it depends on ur need , looks ur buying everything which is the best, 4 monitor go 4 dell 24 or samsung p2350 ,hd wd will b better 500 gb . best of luck 4 ur purchase. dont waste money until u know what to do with this awesome configuration,
