Should I be worried about 9800X3D chips failing and burning on AsRock Motherboards ? What do you guys think ?

Just make sure you are using the latest BIOS; that's all. In the grand scheme, follow any additional recommendations that will eventually be posted. The affected units aren't even a fraction of the total units sold.
