CPU/Mobo Best motherboards for i5 boards (LGA 1156 socket)

Hi friends,

I tried looking for motherboard for 1156 socket, found only few variants in it.

Whats best among intel, Asus and Gigabyte??? only gigabyte given all japnese components and high heating protection. although i had feeling that asus boards are good, but lately they stopped showing VRM, high heat stable components...

It would be easier if you mention your budget here and your plans for overclocking/SLI/Crossfire coz that usually seals the deal on the mobo these days.

Both Asus and Gigabyte have really good mobos on the Socket 1156 so it should finally boil down to personal choice.
And yes, i went with the Gigabyte P55-UD4P.
