I didn't see the Toy Story series (1&2) but they are in the imdb top 250 list and having seen all other films by PIXAR, I can vouch for them too.

Would choosing the best movie nominated by 15/20 odd people out of TE make it the best ever? Popularity results in box office sales, which is not a definite indication of quality. The best of critics have changed their opinions about films years down the line. Films that have failed utterly at the box office have become cult classics and have been revered years later.
For years, critics have raved about "Citizen Kane" being the best movie ever made. I think it's a good movie, some of the elements were slightly ahead of their time - though it was not the first movie to use them in some cases. But, no way am I going to accept that as the "best film ever made".
Some movies are a lot boring the first time around, but they get better with each viewing - the autere movies are the best example. Ingmar Bergman's movies do not strike me off as the best to watch and enjoy - some of them are downright boring like "Winter Light". Yet, I think a lot about what he allegorically says for days after.
To me, a "good film" is something which makes me think about it (positively) long after it's credits have rolled off the screen.
So, here's my nomination (though I've not watched it) :tongue:
