Best Non-camera phone with Internet

Cannot take a camera phone into the workstation in my new effing company.SAo need to buy a new non camera phone.I can buy any basic phone but I need to have a phone with gprs to access facebook, gmail, yahoomail etc.Any suggestions?the only phone I know which comes close is Samsung champ.Budget is minimal.Not more than 3-4k

Some times they allow if you put up a tape to cover the lens..
