Best OCR software

As the thread title says which is the best OCR software available in the market. I have given abbyy finereader a shot but i want something more accurate. I also wan't to specify some settings in the word output file which it generates.

Let me know.

i have used ABBYY FINEREADER and MYIRIS PRO for my ocr needs.

for documents digitization in liked ABBYY and for sorting and storing Visiting cards i liked MYIRIS.

both are paid and you know how to make them usedfull for you :P

i dont know other options specially in Open Source space whatever available is peanuts.

Nothing comes close to ABBYY Finereader you can manipulate the setting a lot.

would love to have notes from rest of the gang.
 
Thanks Pal. I am using Abbyy Finereader for the work that i am doing right now and i am more or less satisfied with it. But was looking for the better alternatives. But i guess i will have to live with this only.
