best phone for wi fi use

I am looking for a phone good for net browsing through wifi with capacitive touchscreen and 16 million colours.no 3g needed.Its better if it comes in android.

Lg optimus one,is the cheapest i can think of.

you cant differntiate between 16million colours and 256k colour.
human eye cant do it.
