but in that price range there is so many nokia phones.

he want a phone with

-full touch

-enough speedhyeah:

-wifi

-3g

-good camera quality

now he is using nokia n73 (too old)

totally he want a nice upgrade than n73

yes. And btw, the performance gets slightly better by using custom ROMS. If he can increase budget to 13k, Wildfire S is another great phone.
