Best place for T-shirts in Chennai

LOL.... Wait. I knew a shop opposite to Vadapalani bus stop. In that mall, at basement you can find a shop. May be the shop is pretty little though, but that guy got some good collections. Starts from 250Rs and above. You can try that place.

Or in choolaimedu, parallel to the nungambakkam junction road, you'll find a shop called Metro or some name, best deals and reasonable collections.

Try these two and then decide whether to go with Tantex or not

Edit: So that this post isnt entirely OT , you can check cotton city on TTK road for tshirts at reasonable prices too
 
personally, I exhaust my quota of t shirt shopping at ampa skywalk- at the star bazaar and westside

@OP: Did you try westside? I typically shop there and have rarely returned dissatisfied.
 
Cant believe folks buying Tees at 3-5k....Not me for sure.

(1) As Batli sir advised, Cotton City is good.

(2) Look for deals, Couple of weeks Indian Terrain, Crocodile had good offers (You can check Pantaloons @ 50 % even online)

(3) Try Raahat Plaza (Opp Vadapalani Bus stand)(refer rajkumar_pb's post above), Gud Ol Spencer plaza...they do stock some nice goods.

(4) Krishna Tulasi at Purasaiwakkam is good. (good one though)

(5) Casuals around Loyola College.

I would like Indian Terrain though for some nice tees around 800-1000k range.
