Best Racing game for PC right now (No MW2)

can anyone suggest i just want to race game with powerup or not.. no need to be realistic like set up in f1.... just pure racing with car selection and updates..

i played insane 2.. but its good but i want to play with city and track. better if i can play with xbox controller ..
 
Grid and Dirt 2. Grid is much more realistic but feels very nice to drive even shift 2 is quite ok but I loved the feel and challenge of Grid more. Dirt 2 is fun and very nice looking. Split seccond is mega fun playing with friends.
 
I also suggested Split Second...but there you have to takedown other cars using different objects and powerups. The game is very good and the destruction of the tracks is very cool. The whole stage changes in a matter of seconds. Kind of like the movie Death Race.
 
So, there is no proper racing game for the PC? Nothing in the likeness to GT5 on PS3?
