Best/safest room heater available in the market

I need a heater which is the least harmful to health, safe for running 24/7 for the next 3 months , budget 20k , oil heaters are the best that i know of but they cant heat large rooms , I dont need any heaters which would decrease the oxygen in the room , maybe renting an AC with heater function is the best option?
 
I'm in the market for one as well

From my understanding there are three types

1. The basic old school type of heater with an element
2. The infrared type heater

^^ neither of these are safe to leave running unattended 24/7

3. Oil heater

I'm in the market for an oil heater but my space is large as well and not completely sealed off... but if it can heat me seated nearby at the desk that's fine for my needs

4. The AC heater option you mentioned is interesting... does it work well?
