A fluffy microfiber towel. I'd link you to the one I got but I don't think you will get the same product any longer.

Fluffy matters to remove dust or grease on a screen. And a spray bottle with distilled water you can use to wet a corner of the towel
 
Well for cleaning the 1st thing that can be done use a duster brush externally to clear out the loose dust accumulated. The next thing that's to be done is use some softer bristle brush to dust the corners within the cabinet. This can be done very carefully and slowly on PCB components as the bristles might get easily entangled.

The next step would be to blow air at low RPMs with on the cabinet housing all the various components which clears out all of the dust loosened up. I normally use Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% on contacts using a tissue paper. Final step would be to wipe the external cabined dry or with some cleaning liquid like Colin. It is always recommended for the cabinet to dry up completely before turning on.

Of course there are still very expensive ones like the WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray and the quite reasonably priced Nikavi as posted earlier in this thread. However, I'm not sure if this is 100% advisable :) Of course there are still videos on YouTube like one from Tech Yes City below. It works for him but the products along with the contents within differ available different in every country.

 
As per my personal experience, the best solution to use IPA. You can get that really cheap and also mostly available to any mobile accessories wholesalers or computer parts/components wholesalers.
 
Was checking out a contact cleaner product used in a video to learn what it contained. The safety data sheet shows it contains 80-90% light naphtha.

Know what that is? lighter fluid. Works as a solvent and evaporates quickly :)

His process for restoring old circuit boards is to
- brush and hoover up the dust
- spray with 99% IPA and wipe with a microfiber towel
- then hit it with contact cleaner, wipe and then let it air dry for an hour.

Pretty comprehensive. Remove baked-in dust to reveal the contacts which are then cleaned of any oxide residue.
