Buy Bluerigger cable. I have three Bluerigger cables and all are very good. It costs around 2k for the 4k@60Hz version.

I bought pine phone and it came with a usb to hdmi hub. I use it all the time and works well even for 4k.

Both Cable Creation and AmazonBasics are good.
Had bad experience with PiBox.. not at all durable

I'm not sure if there is a QC issue with this particular Anker cable or a design flaw, but both the adapter that I bought and its replacement were plagued with flickering and disconnection issues.
