Best VFM Window AC 1.5T under 22K

I am on the lookout for a 1.5T window AC. Please suggest the best Value For Money window AC models under 22K. My preference is for ACs which make lesser noise. I don't have the option for installing a split in my room. Also are there any window models with ionizer as I need my work place to be dust free.

I bought a 1.5 Tonnes CROMA AC (3 star rating) from Croma for 16,990 (Re.1 downpayment and 8 EMIs of Rs.2124). Its a Voltas AC re-badged as Croma since Tata owns both these products. I have had no issues with quality and cooling of the A.C.

17K for a 1.5T?? Must be 1.0 T AC. Because 1.5 T from Voltas sell at around 20K (2 Star). What croma model did you get? How was the noise level? I will go and check out at Croma.
