Best way to monitor uptime for JioFiber Connection

1. My isp portal has session logs, connect/disconnect time, session duration, ip adress and data used.
2. Using smokeping in docker on raspberry pi, it pings set servers at 5 min intervals, so that I can find out if it's my isp issue or website issue

@ReVo_007 I see you have mentioned that you have used rutorrent on Rpi. Can you suggest how to install and also if I can make autodl-irssi work with rutorrent?
