Best way to ship keyboard piano?

Hopefully this is the right place to ask.
I'm selling my Yamaha keyboard (COK) and I found a buyer (BLR).
What is the most cost effective way to get it shipped?

Musical instruments as you may know tend to be bigger in size, so volumetric weight quickly adds up.

I checked with DTDC and Delhivery and the quote I received was too expensive. (more than 3k to ship from Kochi to Bangalore)
