I have a requirement wherein i should be able to make changes on the websites(change the content) without having to go through the hosting provider everytime.

Yes! Most of them do. And usually these are the better of the lot.

Any web hosting service that can help create the website and the upload it.

One such company can be only good at one thing. Better not to mix both. I've yet to come across a company which is good at both.

You can do it yourself, or hand it to guys who did your site which means more money though.

Fairly easy, If you can manage MS word...it should be a breeze to handle wordpress
