Biostar's first H55 board has popped up in our price search engine and at just €85 it sounds like quite a bargain.

Of course, that sort of money won't buy much in terms of features, but all things considered Biostar's TH55 XE still offers quite a lot for a cheap mATX board. With 4 DDR3 slots, 1 PCIe 2.0 x16, 1 PCIe x4 and two plain PCI slots, there's enough room for upgrades.

Coupled with upcoming Intel CPUs with integrated graphics the TH55 XE offers 1 VGA, 1 DVI and 1 HDMI port, as well as 4 + 6 USB 2.0 ports, FireWire and eSATA. It features all solid capacitors and offers 5 SATA II connectors and 1 PATA connector, as well as legacy PS/2, parallel and serial ports.

You can find it listed here and you check out Biostar's announcement here.

In INR its turns out to be Rs 5970

Obviously this'll be priced at 6.3k here

Intel will come out with DH55TC - 5.3k ( cheapest H55 board ) maybe

Like the cheapest P55 is DP55WB @ 5.7k while all others are 6.8k-7.6k minimum

They call Rs 5970 cheap. Sheesh !!:@:@

The similarly priced Asus 785 EVO has far better layout than this cramped H55 :P

Nonetheless the 32nm i5 would be better than PII :P
