Birthday Gift suggestions

I need suggestions from you guys for a birthday gift for one of my best friends.

Here are the details :
Gender : female
Hails from : kashmir(really feels for the place)
Preferences: not tech savy, clothes person, jewellery(not too sure probably out of my budget anyway), gazals
Religion: muslim( idk if relevant but whatever)
Dob : a few months away
My budget : a few k , stretchable to 10 if the idea seems worth it
I want my gift to be really special and unique, no perfume bottles -_- so for now an idea I have which may not be doable is 3d printing a model of kashmir valley. Please guys i need help here

Gazals? As in music? Then gift her a good IEM or headphone, or probably a great collection of gazals.

Good musical instrument if she plays any with her name imprinted or her favorite quote.

Or

A good camera - with an sd card loaded with her pictures from the past and some moments with you!
And a note inside the package - giving her directions what she needs to do next and why is she having a special spot in your life.
