Can someone tell me what does the "Download Limit: 10" on the top indicate for BCG? Does it mean I have only 10 downloads in total or 10 simultaneous download?

That means you can simultaneously download 10 torrents. It basically indicates the number of simultaneous download slots granted to you.
If you initiate an 11nth torrent, it ll go in the wait mode and will only start when one of your torrent stops/gets completed.

BCG has granted 50GB upload bonus pot to the 'refugees' and no such largess for the old members.

Thanks spacey and impulse! I don't download more than 1 Torrent at any given time, so shouldn't be a concern to me. Got my 50GB free credit too on sign-up. :P

Yea. 50 GB is huge!
They cud have made it as 25GB and given reg members the other 25... :/
It's a good site and BG members should find everything there. The mods/rules are a bit strict, but nothing u cannot handle once you get the hang of it.

I think the 50GB only has been given to new members via open signups. If you havent recd it already, then you wont get it. you ll prolly be counted among the 'reg' members who had a source to get in.

I would rather not advise IPT for anything now they just turned Pay 2 Leech
 
It means that now you have to seed even if your ratio is high.

before you could remove the torrent as soon as your done . HnR basically.

I was a bit off with that as well but then i realise, if you have a high buffer you can just let off your download to remove the HnR, no point in showing off a high upload stat.

Forget buffer think from new user perspective a new user joined and downloaded a large freeleech torrent ex. 80GB he seeded for 20 days but since IPT provides points of 0.15 * 1 hour so comes around less than 50 points for 20 days now suddenly his hdd crashed and now the same torrent has no seeder or 1 slow seeder or he does not want to download again over, here the tracker is a bottleneck since despite being a good seeder he would be marked as HnR and the risk of being getting banned.Why should a tracker want to take your upload when you have seeded ? Its simple they want donations since donor are allowed to HnR which no other tracker allows there rules are broken , pathetic and selfish if you see other tracker if you donate you are not immune from rules if you have to seed means you have to seed no exception.Hoping people get the point.
