Foreign policy remains a forte of this govt. Harsh has written a book on the last five years which explains what this govt was doing and thinking. The book discussion is interesting and also shows how subtle this subject can be. Not so simple as saying style over substance

By the time the next elections come around in 2024 we will be a $5 bn economy. The way we interact will be different compared to now and i think the foundations for that have been set over the last five years. Just as well as the earlier order does not seem to apply any more.
