^+^yes.it is true.bjp is not really contesting in kerala(they may put candidates just for namesake but mostly supports congress).nobody is there going to win even in niyama-sabha elections.bjp never was a choice in this state though.

what I meant is - people of Kerala(almost) by choice don't really care for bha.ja.pa .It is Either CPI(M) or Congress.

I think the article is FUD. Just cause the govt. wants to use open source does not preclude others from not doing so.
