Hello guys!
I'm looking for a good internal Blu Ray writer. Which one should I go for? What is the current price?
 
Thanks Naveen! Could you please provide the model no.? Any idea where to get it from? I'm in Calcutta.

Please help guys. Have someone coming from UK next week. Will get it from there if price difference is big. Also suggest the model(s).

m not sure about the model as haven't used it but IMO get a Sony Drive as it was the one who invented this technology.

any link or tests proving that the sony 1's are better than the LG?

i am using the LG ggw h20L bdwriter for almost a year. its v solid. although i dont know if you get this model anymore.

@ Naveen58 & ViKiD - Thanks, but I need a model no.! Sony BWU 300S is 200+ GBP. Insane I think.

@ stormblast - Any idea about current prices here? BH 08 LS 20 is around 130GBP.

@ Malhotraraul - Sadly, no international warranty. How do I delete the second post?
 
Thanks for the links Naveen. LG is available @ 12.5k from ITWARES. Not much of a difference between UK pricing. Its about 1.8k cheaper there. Better to get it from India and avail warranty, what say guys?
 
UK AFAIK is always pricier / same when it came to electronics. Its not like US where the price difference vis-a-vis Indian prices is huge.

also,try Primeabgb they can provide you the same for more cheaper price i suppose.
Call em & ask for the same.

Based on the fact that my LG one died after burning 6 BD DL's :(
