Bluedart courier Help

Hi,

KMD sent me a package on Thursday through bluedart. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but it wasnt. I thought that it was Saturday so they could not deliver it but now the status of the package has changed to Flight Delay/Canceled .

Does anyone has prior experience with this message and how to handle this ?

dont worried buddy btw even dell ship the laptop via bluedart it also got canceled due to rain issue so they ship it next day and it was reliable

btw blue dart can do 90-98 % promise guarantee shipment and better service and safe shipment but very costly shipment

Today I was expecting a product from eBay and Blue Dart was showing "Flight Delay due to Bad Weather". Though I got the product in the Noon itself :hap2:

I ordered a 4CH Dynam RC Plane. I have been waiting for a long time for this. So I got worried after I say the message of flight delay and contacting customer support...

DO i need to contact customer support because the tracking tool says so ?

I dont like BlueDart's tracking system, at least the info they provide to the customers. It doesn't show the package movement history. If you check TNT, DTDC etc they clearly show the package movement details and you can know its present location.

^ Knowing the tracking no. is same as not knowing the no. because u dont get any useful information from it.

courier services don't work on sundays if it wasn't special type of service selected...

you will get the package on the next business day..which is monday in your case..
