Bollywood actress Sunny Leone charged with obscenity

According to a police release today, the offence was registered last night against the 34-year-old actor under sections 292, 292 A, 294 r/w 34 of the IPC besides being charged under Section 3 and 4 of Indian Representation of Women and IT Act.

The offence was registered based on a complaint by one Anjali Palan (30), a housewife who stated that while surfing the internet she found several obscene posts and pictures of the actress, they said.

Also, Palan found "objectionable" material on the actor's website

Why the hell she went onto leones page?
Instead she should have visited salmans page.

This is most bizarre....The whole of India knows who Sunny Leone is and she comes to know of it when she goes on her website.

I somehow am not able to get this into my mind. How is this possible that she didn't know of her.

After 16 December rape case in Delhi, there was huge public rage, huge campaign and candle March and whatnot, and it was talk of the nation how Delhi is rape capital, and police and society and media was on their foot for everything happening in Delhi

Still rapes in Delhi didn't stop in those times ...... Why?

Because not all rape man was reading news paper and watching tv and attending rallies and marches, or they didn't know what was happening around.

Sunny Leone is not the phenomenon like air or water or food, that the whole India drinks, eat, or inhale it.

There are people who don't watch TV, paper, movies or what is going around........... Can you believe it? That's when you watched her on net almost everyday............. Lucky you...... You know the most promising youth icon of India

This person who we are talking about surely has internet access, since she stumbled upon the site. We can reasonably assume that she is from atleast a middle class family with Internet, TV, paper and also probably watched movies (Hindi movies of Sunny leone) and got curious to look her up online.

Isn't this a reasonable assumption.
 
^ whatever pages you visit, Google takes up your history & displays that on any new page as advertising, upon clicking that hyperlink she might have visited that site, needless to say that her husband or her kids might have visited it.

Now this countries constitution gives every citizens this right that if they find anything objectionable they can bring it to notice, let be any form of media.

Second, she has been charged & not convicted yet, that's court decision, & I am more than sure that she will come out safe, when a drunken driver can get out clean even after killing people then she haven't killed nobody, but she will sure change her website pic, maybe it will be replaced by her new pic wearing a saree with a Pooja thali in her hand welcoming to be her website member.
 
IIRC, she was the main attraction at a local Dahi Handi celebration organised by some local politician ;)
I wonder if that politician pleads ignorance if someone inquires about her :D

Why her husband or kids? Why are you giving a cleanchit to her. Why people assume that women dont watch historical documents?

btw, all the self righteous people here... I bet you've looked at Sunny Leone's educational videos atleast once.
