Note:
Board is not dead. It's working. I use it daily. But it takes a lot of time(from 3,5-10mins(mostly),15,20mins or even more) to boot. If you know any place with good pc board repair experience. You can take the board there. It just behaves erroneously. In rare occasions it also display inbuilt anti-surge protection and cpu high temp warning. I have no idea what causing all this. CPU pins also looks fine.
*RAM and Power supply will not sell before CPU and board. Need both to boot(power on) the system. Don't have extra PSU and RAM for backup.
