Bought AMD Opty 144, A8N-E

hi guys,

been busy writing my M.E. thesis , sorry to have missed u all--actually i got myself an opty 144 on a asus A8N-E WITH 1 GB DDR 400 ZION.PLEASE COMMENT so that i might upgrade later as i am broke now
 
The Opty is a good choice!! And with the A8N-E you can do decent enough overclocks at low volts.
 
when i say broke i mean real broke-not even enough left for a decent wiring for my baby. oh- i forgot i also got a 21 " flat monitor -dell trinitron
 
crt and very much dell ,the picture tube is of sony -i think. to tell the truth its imported from us.
 
Well, you are broke. So ? :P I mean I didnt give you any more suggestions to buy stuff :P .......

You asked me to comment. I did :P ...

Anyway which graphics card are you going to be using?? Coz the A8N-E doesnt have onboard graphics.
 
u would laugh ur a*** off if i told u about my graphic card---remember i m broke -so i got myself a 16 mb nvidia riva tnt PCI -ENOUGH TO FIRE MY RIG to complete my thesis.

Err you actually lugged a 21" CRT all the way back from the states :huh:. How much did you pay for it?

I wouldnt take it free ;)

but fits ur purpose I guess..so well...

Anyways no games or anything fancy for u now until u compl ur thesis...and your rig wont allow you to be distracted..Good choice lol ;)
