For people using the 360 controller, what does the X+RB combination do? Does it freeze time or slow it down? I tried it but couldn't actually get the gist of it. I know X+LB would time reversal at a faster rate. Does every world have it's own puzzle to complete?

i didn't use a controller but yea, the time manipulation works both ways. you can go backwards and forwards (if you already went back) and this concept is used in a couple of puzzles.

every world has it's own puzzle with ~12 pieces each.

i finished the game today, the ending is marvelous. without spoiling it, i will say that it's impact is similar to the time in kotor when you realize who revan is. definitely one of the best indie games i've ever played and i thought it was worth it's price.

Re: Braid Coming to PC

Alright, bumping an old thread as I am looking forward to begin this title in sometime. I've heard a lot of good things AND bad things about the game such as the steep difficulty curve and the inability to solve some of the puzzles without using a walkthrough. I do not want to use a walkthorugh and spoil the experience. Not to mention, being less rewarding after solving one!

To those who've completed the title, how hard is it?

It's extremely challenging and if you don't make use of any walkthrough, then try to study the environment and keep experimenting with the enemies and your time rewind/forward ability to your advantage. This game is absolutely brilliant. You'll just fall in love with it's music. It's so relaxing. It's surprising you haven't played it yet.

Will give it a shit after I am done with A:MR.

Lolol!

BTW, just finished the game yesterday, definitely recommended. Ending is a total WTF moment, and a little depressing (not disappointing)
